Because “cooking” requires a great deal of know how and an artful method that the Lenti family has passed down and developed over time. Especially for the prosciutto cotto for which steam cooking is used: this slow, refined process allows the essence of the aromas to be captured while monitoring the process until the prosciutto is perfectly cooked throughout.
