Beef gulasch – Hungarian tradition

A recipe inspired by the Hungarian tradition, characterised by the spicy taste of paprika.

Lenti’s Goulash is a beef stew marinated for 24 hours with a mixture of spices carefully selected and dosed. It is prepared by vacuum slow steam cooking, at low temperature, which allows to maintain all the properties of the ingredients and to enhance the flavours.

Ready in 5 minutes in a microwave, in 15 minutes in the oven.
