Gran Fesa – Roasted Turkey Breast and Roasted Chicken Breast with Italian Meat from Traced and Certified Chain* are also certified for the absence of antibiotics from birth. The Controlled Chain is an important development for our company and enables us to guarantee compliance with additional control and food safety standards. A controlled, traced and certified supply chain.
Our work as meat-cooking specialists, which we have been carrying on with passion since 1935, ensures that those who choose Lenti only get excellent cured meats.
As a confirmation of our commitment, we have implemented a transparent quality management system.
Every stage of the supply chain is tracked: from the production of the feed to the breeding by our qualified partner and from the selection of the meat and its processing to the marketing of the products by us. Thanks to this system, all key information of each process step is tracked to ensure that the history of each product in the supply chain can be reconstructed.


The Certifications
All supply chain products, subject to certification, are expected to comply with the UNI EN ISO 22005 standard (Cert. N° 83153), which certifies that the pork and poultry meat used in the processing of supply chain products are derived from animals born, raised and processed exclusively in Italy.
The supply chain is certified against the Technical Product Specification DTP 134 – CERT. No. 83149 (swine) and DTP 126 – CERT No. 83152 (poultry). Feed mills and livestock farms of our qualified partner and Lenti food processing plant are all certified by CSQA.
Furthermore, Traced and Certified* poultry products come from farms that do not use antibiotics from birth (DTP 116 – CERT. No. 83151*).

Over the years, we have obtained several certifications attesting that our products comply with specific food safety and quality requirements, representing a guarantee for consumers.

The poultry and pork used comes exclusively from animals born, bred and processed in Italy, supplied by our qualified partner. Furthermore, our products are made from poultry meat obtained from animals bred without antibiotic treatment from birth, giving our consumers extra parameters when choosing the products to put on their tables.
