AIC GLUTEN-FREE CERTIFICATION
All Lenti products are gluten-free and since 2004 have been licensees of the Spiga Barrata trademark, granted by the AIC (Italian Celiac Association). The crossed out ear represents the only symbol of immediate identification and extreme reassurance for the celiac consumer. We can guarantee the absence of gluten from our products because we take the utmost care, using only gluten-free raw materials. In addition, we rigorously control every stage of processing to avert the risk of accidental contamination.

CERTIFICATION SGS (LACTOSE- AND CASEIN-FREE)

SGS CERTIFICATION (LACTOSE AND CASEINATES FREE)
All Lenti products are lactose and caseinates free, as verified every year since 2004 by SGS Italy. (IT/CT 20130626 – DTS.P 005/7).
The compliance of our products is ensured through in-house implementation of the provisions of the Technical Product Specification, the Self-Hygiene and Sanitation Manual and the procedures of our corporate quality system.
Ingredients, production and processing techniques, suppliers, and finished products are carefully controlled to ensure the total absence of lactose and caseinates, preventing any risk of cross-contamination. All Lenti products are also allergen-free, in accordance with Annex II EU Regulation No. 1169/2011.

CSQA CERTIFICATIONS

CSQA CERTIFICATIONS
All supply chain products, subject to certification, are expected to comply with the UNI EN ISO 22005 standard (Cert. N° 83153), which certifies that the pork and poultry meat used in the processing of supply chain products are derived from animals born, raised and processed exclusively in Italy. The supply chain is certified against the Technical Product Specification DTP 134 – CERT. No. 83149 (swine) and DTP 126 – CERT No. 83152 (poultry). Feed mills and livestock farms of our qualified partner and Lenti food processing plant are all certified by CSQA. In addition, Certified and Traced* poultry products come from farms that do not use antibiotics from birth.

ORGANIC CERTIFICATION
Lenti Organic products have, since 2000, had organic quality certification that guarantees consumers product traceability and compliance with strict standards in animal husbandry.

BRC CERTIFICATION
BRC (British Retail Consortium) is one of the most internationally recognized standards in the food industry and is used to ensure strict standards are met for the production, handling and distribution of food products. The main objective of this certification is to ensure high standards of food safety and quality. Obtaining BRC certification demonstrates that we have taken effective measures to ensure the safety and compliance of our food products.

CERTIFICATION IFS

IFS CERTIFICATION
International Featured Standards (IFS) certification is an international standard used in the food industry to ensure the safety and quality of products.
The main objective of IFS standards is to ensure food safety throughout the entire supply chain, from production to distribution. IFS certification involves a detailed assessment of production practices, quality management, hygiene, product safety, resource management, staff training and other critical aspects related to the production and distribution of food or consumer products.
