Passion, family tradition and specialisation: “cooking” requires a great deal of know how and an artful method that the Lenti family has passed down and developed over time.
We are specialists in “cooking” meats: roasted pork, beef, turkey and chicken, but, above all, cooked prosciutto. For the latter, steam cooking is used: this slow, refined process allows the essence of the aromas to be captured while monitoring the process until the prosciutto is perfectly cooked throughout.
