Lenti’s excellence demands careful consideration for each recipe and for every cooking cycle.

Lenti’s recipe begins with the selection of the very best suppliers of raw materials for each one of our products.

Every day the meats are rigorously and thoroughly checked:

we start by checking the temperature and cleaning of our suppliers’ vehicles, and then we move on to meat. Conformity of cargo to the order, meat temperature, odour and/or colour: we leave nothing to chance and samples are taken for bacteriological and chemical analysis as well. In this way, we can ensure genuineness and safety.
