The steam cooking of our cooked prosciutto is a slow, refined process which allows the essence of the seasoning to be captured while monitoring the process until the prosciutto is perfectly and uniformly cooked throughout.

The cooking is complete when the product reaches the optimal temperature indicated by its own particular recipe. The same care is taken when the cooking takes place in our dry ovens that are dedicated to roasted meats; a process which creates an especially tender, high-quality product with a delectable taste and aroma.
